One World, One Classroom
Our Global Classroom believes:
We live in a world where education depicts the future of its successors.
As educators, teaching allows us to change the lives of children, to make them worthy citizens; show them how to be empathetic and to prepare them for the future.
There is a big world just waiting to be explored. If educators don’t innovate the curriculum and integrate the world into their classrooms, some children will never, ever know there is actually a world out there that they can be part of.

I think that the learning that is going on in 5/6J is awesome. I really enjoy the days when I get to teach in your room because you really do teach me heaps. Learning is exploring new things and this grade certainly does that!
I love how we are learning new ways to use ICT and the blog is a fantastic way to explore more and more of the world! Thank you Mrs Joyce for being the best teacher I’ve ever had! 🙂
This is a great way for people to know use because they might not know what this is all about or who we are.
Hello Mrs Joyce and class 5/6. Wow l just love coming onto your blog regularly and seeing what you guys are up to. Learning about the world the way you are is just so great and having such an enthusiastic teacher to do it with is even better. I think it is great to introuduce is on the blog because what if anonamous when on our blog? We need to tell them who we are of course! 5/6J is a smart, ready to learn class and whom might make it special? MRS JOYCE OF COURSE! We will learn new thing and try our best in this grade because it is an awesome grade more better than the others. Everyone else better AGREE!
I think it was a great idea to introduce our class to the world and unit our grade is ready to learn.

read this: There are three children sitting on a log near a stream. One of them looks up at the sky and says “Hey! What is that?” It was a green square shaped ring. Another child said “Its falling!” They all screamed. “AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH” 5 seconds later the ring had reached the earth. It clamped over the whole of earth as a cube. Then it had absorbed itself into the earth. Suddenly a giant screen came out of the ground. It read: GREETINGS. THIS IS THE IFORMATION SUPERHIGHWAY. I HAVE COME TO INFORM YOU THAT YOU HAVE NOW ENTERED THE CYBER LAND. HOWEVER, YOU NOW HAVE LOST CONTACT WITH: THE WORLD. GOODBYE AND ENJOY YOUR NEW PLANET. The screen went blank. The children looked around. Their world had now become a flat green plain that had no hills or valleys. All that they noticed was 3 cubes that had been joined together with 3 square poles…

I infer that:
They use their bags as desks.
They have a membership with UNICEF.
Older kids have to work because their parents are away.
The classrooms are behind walls so they can be protected.
